Having viewed the products of other companies, as well as yours, and compared prices, we chose your firm to replace our doors and windows. Our choice was influenced by strong recommendations from several other home owners whose houses you have re-glazed.
Besides replacing all 12 windows, 2 doors and French windows, your firm also replaced all the roofline guttering, fascias, drains and porch bay post. The teams came in October 2011 and did all this work in 4 days. Dust sheets were laid, any mess was cleaned up daily and inconvenience was minimal. We were kept informed of anything they felt we should know about, van numbers and deliveries etc. all the fitters were polite and sought approval prior to doing anything, no matter how minor, that could affect us. They were enthusiastic about doing their work and took pride in doing a good job and with good humour.
Team Leaders Andy and Darren were exceptionally good tradesman and were happy to show and explain details of the installation at various stages. When the work was completed we missed having these good people around the place for several days.
It is now 5 months since the work was done and there have been no problems with the products at all. We are more than satisfied with the quality of the products and the workmanship. We would also add that it was a pleasure dealing with Roger the Sales Manager and Elaine in your showroom. We would also recommend your firm to anyone considering having double glazed windows and doors installed; nobody could have done it better.
